The goal of this therapy is to help mobility, alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. It highly effective in the treatment of acute and chronic pain, sports injuries, arthritis, stress, strain, any many others.

What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle technique designed to stimulate the movement of lymph fluid through the body's lymphatic system, which helps remove waste and excess fluid. Using light, rhymthic strokes, no oils, the massage encourages lymph flow toward lymph nodes, mainly located in the neck, armpits, and groin, to support natural detoxification, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation.
Is MLD right for me?
This type of massage is commonly used for people experiencing swelling (edema), recovery after orthopedic or cosmetic surgery, or those wanting to boost their general wellness and immune function. The movements are very light and soothing, often making the experience both therapeutic and relaxing. If looking for post surgical, please ask your surgeon how soon you can receive MLD.
